Kingston Marriott

Let’s be clear, the Kingston Marriott is solid, but Richa Sharma at the front desk is the real MVP. From the moment I walked in, she ran the desk with absolute professionalism, confidence, and efficiency. No attitude. No confusion. Just smooth, polished service the way it should be done in a Marriott. Check-in was effortless, communication was sharp, and her attention to detail honestly raised the entire experience. Hotels live or die by their front desk and Richa absolutely carries this one. If every hotel had someone like her, hospitality standards would be a lot higher. 10/10 service. Would return purely based on how well I was treated.

Fantastic hotel. Beautiful rooms. M club is really good. Breakfast was amazing. The location is very handy. Highly recommend doing street parking to avoid $35 underground parking. Can bring pets up to two. With only a $60 charge that is reasonable. And a really nice lobby bar.

No idea what the few negative comments are all about. People will always be picky and entitled I guess. Anyway, the service at this hotel was excellent. Richa at the front desk was so nice. She gave us a beautiful room and was kind enough to extend a later check out. Jamie was also an absolute star. We had forgotten our slippers and upon asking for 2 pairs he showed no later than 45 seconds. The man is a rocket, and a handsome one at that. We'll be making our way back. The sooner the better. Great rooms, great location, nice amenities. You can have it all. Just book here.

Don't hesitate to stay here! The rooms were so clean and the bed is simply heavenly. The service and attention to detail was incredible. I usually hate staying at hotels but I'd stay here again anytime. Academy restaurant is amazing. The food is fantastic and they will be so accommodating for anything you need. To the management of the restaurant, whatever you're paying Camile and Tiffany isn't enough. Please give them raises. They are amazing humans and were a complete joy. We literally came back daily just because of them!! Thank you Tiffany and Camile!

An absolutely fabulous stay. The rooms were roomy, clean and had everything we could ask for. An absolutely incredible location in the perfect area. We did not have to drive anywhere once. Surrounded by great restaurants. And the customer service was fantastic. Would definitely recommend this hotel. M clicked was great addition to our stay as well. Snacks 24 seven and a great breakfast. If I can just make mention of the wonderful young lady working breakfast on Sunday, September 28. She was the only one working and was so kind and sweet trying to keep up with clearing tables, and ensuring the food was stocked. Not sure if someone called in sick but one person working on a weekend breakfast did not seem adequate enough. Yet she smiled through and did not stop moving and did a great job.

This hotel is located perfectly for a staycation with your family and even your pet. We had our 2 month old toy poodle with us who was extremely well received at the restaurant and all over the hotel. Service was absolutely amazing especially by Camille and all her team, the receptionist and really everyone we encountered. Really love this hotel and we recommend you stay there.

Stayed at this hotel for 1 night to explore the city of Kingston. They just built this place last year so the room and building are still clean and new. Lobby is not big but comfortable public space. I stayed at Executive Room without M club access. The room is around 400 sq ft, 100 sq ft bigger than other rooms. I actually found that it’s unnecessary to pay more to get this room. The bathroom, bed, sofa and tv are all the same size as regular rooms. The only diff is the distance between the tv and the bed. I found few hair on the bathroom floor, no big deal to me. Hotel rooms are all dirty anyway. So I took off 2 star for it. Bed was really comfortable. The little bar area has a sink for you to wash the glass and hand. Really handy. The closet is big and clean. All Marriot tvs allow you to login to your Netflix, YouTube accounts, it’s really good. Parking is $35+tax and it’s reasonable to me because of the location. The underground parking was a nightmare. Construction was taken place and no clear Exit sign. So be careful.

I stayed here back in August and had a very lovely stay! The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly upon checking in. The lounge was nice and had a good variety of food that tasted great. I really enjoyed the outdoor dining area in the lounge especially for breakfast. The room was very clean and spacious with a nice interior design. It looked just like the pictures in the online booking. Overall a wonderful stay!
